With our subscription, you'll receive your pet's food regularly without the hassle of running out or making trips to the store. Enjoy free shipping on all subscriptions! Currently, we offer monthly plans, and you can easily manage them under your profile.
You can cancel your subscription if you have logged in, under "My subscriptions".
If you would like to make any changes to your subscription plans, kindly email us at kibspetfood@gmail.com.,(kibspetfood@gmail.com.) or drop a message at "Contact us" page and we will be happy to assist you.
Please submit your request at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery.
*Refunds can take up to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution.
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription anytime via your profile or by reaching out to us through chat or email at kibspetfood@gmail.com. Please note, a RM15 processing fee may apply for misuse. If purchased by mistake, we'll cancel it free of charge before the scheduled delivery.
