Based on the subscription plan you've purchased, we will send you the food on a recurring basis. This way, you will never run out of food for your pets or have to go out to get them yourself.

As of now, we only offer monthly subscriptions!
You can view your subscriptions under your profile.
You can cancel your subscription if you have logged in, under "My subscriptions".
If you would like to make any changes to your subscription plans, kindly email us at kibspetfood@gmail.com., or drop a message at "Contact us" page and we will be happy to assist you.
Please submit your request at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery.
*Refunds can take up to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution.
Yes, you can cancel the subcription anytime through your registered profile or by contacting us via chat or our email kibspetfood@gmail.com. Please note that we reserve the right to suspend or charge a RM15 processing fee for abusive subscription behavior.
If the subscription is purchased by mistake, we will cancel it without any additional charges prior to the scheduled delivery.
